科研工作简介

  • 新型Mg合金薄膜气致变色及电致变色器件研究

Mg合金薄膜表面上镀一层氢催化功能的金属,例如Pd,Pt或者这些金属的合金,在室温大气压下,通氢时Mg合金薄膜氢化而变成透明的金属氢化物,器件从高反射态(金属态)变成透明态(氢化物态)。

Mg合金薄膜气致变色原理

氢化过程:

Mg2Ni + H Mg2NiH4(茶色)

Mg + H MgH2 (无色)

脱氢过程:

Mg2NiH4 + O2 Mg2Ni + 2H2O

2MgH2 + O2 2Mg + 2H2O

  • Mg合金-WO3基全固体宽波段反射型电致变色器件

全固体宽波段反射型电致变色调光镜,是反射与透过来实现太阳光的可逆调控,打破了传统电致变色器件的吸热式调控的缺陷。镁镍合金层替代NiOx层,作为主要的反射型调光层,它的基本结构如图一所示,由透明导电层ITO,离子储存层WO3,离子传导层Ta2O5,氢催化层(PdPt及其合金)及镁合金变色层(例如Mg4NiMgTix合金等)。变色反应过程如下:

Mg(金属)+ 2H+ + 2e- → MgH2 (透明)

Mg2Ni(金属)+ 4H+ + 4e- → Mg2NiH4 (透明)

HxWO3(蓝色状态)→ WO3 (透明)+ xH+ + xe-

  • WO3基全固体电致变色器件及性能

电致变色器件是器件在电场的作用下,通过导入电荷(离子或电子)从低透过率的着色状态到高透过率的消色状态之间产生的可逆变化的现象,在外观上表现为颜色态及透明态之间的可逆变化。主要有电致变色智能窗,储存器,显示器,汽车防眩后视镜,电子束印刷及传感器,及隐身伪装技术等领域的应用研究。WO3基全固体电致变色智能窗及汽车防眩镜性能,上图为ITO/WO3/Ta2O5/NiOx/ITO全固体电致变色智能玻璃及ITO/WO3/Ta2O5/NiOx/Al反射型全固体电致变色汽车防眩镜性能指标,透射及反射光谱以及响应时间,器件尺寸100×100mm

  • 无机氧化物的光电催化特性研究

利用反应磁控溅射技术,制备具有红外屏蔽性质的氧化钨薄膜,该薄膜具有较高的可见光透过率,较低的红外透过率以及紫外截止特性。通过X线光电子能谱及可变能量正电子湮没谱详细地解释了WO3-X的红外屏蔽机理,其主要来源于氧空位缺陷带间跃迁产生的局域电子态(极化子)和+5W离子产生的表面等离子共振散射吸收所致。该氧化钨薄膜的光学性能如下图所示,具有良好的红外阻隔功能,有望在建筑节能,红外隐形等领域得到广泛应用。

这一研究成果发表在《RSC advances5 (2015) 57757》上。
