一.所情介绍(About us)

中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所(简称上海硅酸盐所)渊源于1928年成立的国立中央研究院工程研究所,1953年更名为中国科学院冶金陶瓷研究所。1959年独立建所,定名为中国科学院硅酸盐化学与工学研究所,1984年改名为中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所。经过九十多年的发展,上海硅酸盐所现已成为集材料前沿探索、高技术创新、应用发展研究为一体的无机非金属材料科研机构,形成了“基础研究—应用研究—工程化、产业化研究”有机结合的较为完备的科研体系。

  现有职工769人,其中科技人员659人、科技支撑人员110人;中国科学院院士2人、中国工程院院士3(截至2024年底)

  建有关键陶瓷材料全国重点实验室、功能晶体与器件全国重点实验室,以及工信部先进无机材料科学与工程产业技术基础服务平台、古陶瓷科学研究国家文物局重点科研基地、古陶瓷多元信息提取技术及应用文旅部重点实验室等重点平台。所内研究中心(实验室)包括前沿基础研究部、结构陶瓷与复合材料工程研究中心、信息功能材料与器件研究中心、特种无机涂层研究中心、人工晶体研究中心和透明陶瓷中心、能源材料研究中心、生物材料与组织工程研究中心、古陶瓷与工业陶瓷工程研究中心、新材料中试研发中心和无机材料分析测试中心。

  学科方向是先进无机材料科学与工程,主要研究领域覆盖了高性能结构陶瓷、功能陶瓷、透明陶瓷、陶瓷基复合材料、人工晶体、特种玻璃、无机涂层、能源材料、生物材料、古陶瓷以及先进无机材料性能检测与表征等,是国内该领域科学研究单位中门类最为齐全的研究所。

  深入贯彻落实习近平总书记对中国科学院提出的“四个率先”和“两加快一努力”目标要求,聚焦抢占科技制高点核心任务,紧密围绕先进制造、能源、信息、环境与健康、国防工业等重点应用领域,在基础与前瞻性研究、高技术研究、产业化关键技术与成果转化等方面取得了一系列具有重要影响力的研究成果,为国家安全、国民经济建设以及社会进步作出了重要贡献。历年来,累计获得国家、中国科学院、上海市等省部级以上各类科技奖项432项,其中国家发明奖30项,国家自然科学奖9项,国家科技进步奖16项。历年来申请专利5169项,授权专利3017项(截至2024年底)。

  上海硅酸盐所具有先进的科研条件,拥有长宁园区、嘉定园区和太仓园区,形成“对外交流窗口—新材料研发中心—产业孵化基地”的完整科技产业发展体系;知识创新工程、特色所建设经费的支持,促进了科研设备的现代化;国家级无机材料测试中心的建立使材料的性能与表征具有可靠性和权威性;主办发行的《无机材料学报》已进入核心学术期刊,被SCIEIScopusCA等收录,连续多年入选“中国国际影响力优秀学术期刊”;与自然出版集团合作出版的npj Computational Materials是中国首个“自然合作期刊”(Nature Partner Journal, NPJ),被SCIDOAJScopus等收录,2021SCI影响因子12.256,国际346种同类期刊中名列 第33名,进入前10%

  上海硅酸盐所与美国、日本、德国、英国、法国、俄罗斯等国家的著名大学和科研机构以专家互访、讲学、合作研究等方式广泛进行学术交流,与国际著名的大公司或西欧核子研究中心等国际化组织进行工程化产业化的合作及出口高技术产品的业务洽谈与往来。

  上海硅酸盐所是硕士、博士学位授予单位,设有博士后流动站。近年来,还与美国、加拿大、法国、德国、日本、瑞士、斯洛文尼亚、香港等国家和地区联合培养了多名研究生。

Founded in 1928 as the Engineering Institute of National Central Academy, SICCAS has evolved into a dynamic institution dedicated to advanced inorganic nonmetallic materials research. In 1959, the Institute was separated into two independent Institutes. The ceramic part was reformed as the Shanghai Institute of Ceramic Chemistry and Technology, and then was renamed as the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics since the year of 1984.

SICCAS stands as a beacon of excellence in both pioneering basic research and innovative applied research, focusing on a diverse array of research areas. These include high performance ceramics and superfine microstructures, structural ceramics and composites, inorganic functional materials and devices, energy materials, inorganic coatings, artificial crystals, biomaterials and tissue engineering, environmentally friendly materials, the analysis and characterization of inorganic materials, and the technological study of industrial ceramics and ancient Chinese ceramics.

With a legacy marked by over nine decades of impactful contributions, SICCAS has garnered international acclaim, receiving 55 national-level awards, hundreds of CAS, ministerial, and provincial awards, and more than 400 scientific and technical prizes. In addition to hold approximately 3017 valid patents, we rank among the top 10 institutes in China for the number of citations in SCI-indexed papers.

Our Institute boasts a talented and diverse staff of over 750 individuals, including two CAS academician, three CAE academicians, and approximately 659 scientific researchers and technicians. SICCAS prioritizes the development of the next generation of materials scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs, and has been authorized to grant Ph.D and Master’s degrees, along with hosting a circulating post-doctorate station. As of December 1, 2024, we proudly have 928 students, including 299 Ph.D. students and 629 Master students.

SICCAS has cultivated extensive global partnerships with renowned universities, institutes, and enterprises. Collaborations span continents, with joint labs established alongside organizations such as the Max Planck Institute (Germany), the National Institute for Materials Science (Japan), and the Academy of Science and Technology (South Korea). Noteworthy collaborations also include joint labs with industry giants like Sony and Corning, and over one hundred cooperative agreements with organizations such as General Electric, CERN, and Samsung. In 2010, SICCAS became a proud member of the International Energy Association.

Hosting numerous international conferences on modern ceramic technology, SICCAS has established itself as a global leader in the field. Notably, the Institute has organized the International Symposium on Ancient Ceramics nine times since 1982, solidifying its status as the world’s foremost platform for exchanging knowledge in ancient ceramics research.

Encouraging a culture of international exchange, SICCAS facilitates researchers’ participation in global programs and welcomes international researchers to engage in cooperative research or provide academic lectures. Over the years, esteemed individuals, including Nobel Prize winners Samuel Chao Chung Ting, Tsung-Dao Lee, and Ei-ichi Negishi, have graced our Institute with their visit.

二.留学生招生(Introduction to the Programs)

中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所留学生项目面向全球招收留学生,上海硅酸盐所2026年留学生招生仅招收博士留学生,申请人可选材料科学与工程与化学两个学科门类进行深造。博士生学制为四年,满足毕业要求及学位授予条件者将获发中国科学院大学毕业证书和学位证书。

The International Student Program of the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SICCAS) is now open to global applicants. For the 2026 intake, the institute will exclusively admit doctoral candidates. Applicants may pursue advanced studies in two disciplinary fields: Materials Science and Engineering, and Chemistry. The doctoral program has a standard duration of four years. Upon fulfilling the graduation requirements and degree conferment criteria, students will be awarded a graduation certificate and a degree certificate from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

三.申请条件(General Requirement)

1. 持外国护照的非中国籍公民,遵守中国法律法规及国科大规章制度。

2. 品行端正、身心健康,无传染病和影响正常学习的身体或精神疾患。

3. 需具有与中国硕士学位相当的学位或学历。由于部分国家教育体制与中国教育体制有所不同。

4. 有较高的英语水平。如果申请汉语授课的,汉语水平需达到HSK五级180分(含)以上水平。

(1) Non-Chinese citizens who abide by China’s laws and decrees, as well as UCAS’s rules and regulations.

(2) Being of good character and in good health without any infectious diseases or physical/mental disease that may affect the normal study.

(3) Applicants for master’s programs must possess a degree or academic qualification equivalent to a Chinese bachelor’s degree; applicants for doctoral programs must possess a degree or academic qualification equivalent to a Chinese master’s degree.

(4) English proficiency is required. For Chinese-instructed programs, the applicant’s Chinese proficiency shall reach at least HSK Level 5 with no less than 180 scores.

四.招生流程(Steps for application)

1. 学生在线提交申请,请登录中国科学院大学留学生在线申请网站(https://is.ucas.ac.cn/)注册账号并填写个人信息。上海硅酸盐所将根据招生简章规定审核报名信息。

2. 与上海硅酸盐所博士生导师达成意向,完成双向选择选择,申请人与申请导师签署《导师接收意向表》。

3. 上海硅酸盐所将组织留学生申请人面试,综合考察申请人的业基础知识及综合运用所学知识进行科研工作的能力等方面进行严格考核,注重考察申请人对本学科前沿知识及最新研究动态掌握情况、以及是否具备博士生培养的潜质。

4. 中国科学院大学按照招生简章规定复核材料,择优录取

5. 由上级部门审批留学生奖学金,确定奖学金资助名单。

6. 拟录取申请人录入“全国来华留学信息管理平台”,进行签证前置审核。

特别注意:上海硅酸盐所博士留学生申请时间:2025111日至2026131原则上我所留学生招生工作将于202621日停止接受申请。申请奖学金时间(上海硅酸盐所仅录取申请到奖学金的留学生申请人):需在2026131日之前完成奖学金申请手续。

  1. Students must submit their applications online. Please register an account and complete personal information on the International Student Online Application System of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (https://is.ucas.ac.cn/). The Shanghai Institute of Ceramics will review the application materials in accordance with the admissions regulations.
  2. Reach a mutual agreement with a doctoral supervisor from the SICCAS. Both the applicant and the prospective supervisor must sign the " Acceptance Letter."
  3. SICCAS will organize interviews for international student applicants. The interviews will rigorously assess the applicant's foundational knowledge in their field and their ability to comprehensively apply knowledge to scientific research, with a focus on evaluating their understanding of cutting-edge developments in the discipline and their potential for doctoral-level training.
  4. The University of Chinese Academy of Sciences will review the application materials as per the admissions regulations, convene expert evaluations by discipline clusters, and select the most qualified candidates for admission.
  5. The relevant higher authorities will review and approve scholarship applications, finalizing the list of scholarship recipients.
  6. Provisionally admitted applicants will be registered in the "National Information Management System for International Students in China" for pre-visa approval screening.

Important Note:

  • Application Period for SICCAS Doctoral Programs: November 1st, 2025, to January 31st, 2026. In principle, the Institute will stop accepting applications after February 1st, 2026.
  • Scholarship Application Deadline (SICCAS only admits scholarship recipients): All scholarship application procedures must be completed by January 31st, 2026



五.奖学金介绍 (Scholarship Programs Offered by UCAS)

1. CAS-ANSO奖学金

一带一路”国际科学组织联盟(ANSO, Alliance of International Science Organizations)是 由来自世界各地37家科学院、科研机构、大学与国际组织共同发起成立的综合性、实质性国际科技组织。为配合ANSO人才培养与交流计划的推进,同时为促进“一带一路”沿线及其他国家青年科技人才培养和科学能力建设,提高中国科学院人才培养的国际化水平,为中国和ANSO成员国之间的科技合作奠定人才基础,特设立中国科学院—“一带一路”国际科学组织联盟奖学金(英文名称:CAS-ANSO Scholarship)。

2. 中国政府奖学金

为增进中国人民与世界各国人民的相互了解和友谊,发展中国与世界各国在各领域的交流合作,中国政府设立奖学金,资助世界各国优秀留学生、教师、学者到中国的大学学习或开展研究。受中国教育部委托,中国科学院大学(以下简称“国科大”)面向全球招收来自世界各国的优秀青年学子攻读研究生学位并提供全额奖学金。这些项目的申请者应同时完成中国政府奖学金在线申请系统(https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/)和国科大国际学生入学申请系统(https://is.ucas.ac.cn/)。除高校研究生项目外,国科大亦接收中国政府奖学金国别双边项目、中国-欧盟学生交流项目以及其它项目的获奖学生。这些项目的申请办法详见留学中国网站(https://www.campuschina.org/)。符合各项目申请条件的申请人须参照本办法,在线向国科大提交入学申请,截止时间与各项目相同。

3. UCAS奖学金

中国科学院大学(简称“国科大”)设立奖学金,支持外国优秀青年来校攻读硕士、博士学位,以及进修课程、学术访问和从事专题研究,鼓励外国高校在读研究生来校访学、联合培养。本奖学金分为全额奖学金和部分奖学金资助。全额奖学金内容包括免交学费、报名费,提供奖学金生活费、基本住宿和医疗保险四项。部分奖学金包括全额奖学金中的一项或几项。全额奖学金重点用于资助研究生。
