  科研工作简介:

主要从事塑性无机非金属材料、高性能热电材料与器件的研究工作,在国际上率先发现室温延展性/塑性无机半导体硫化银和InSe范德华单晶的室温超常塑性,设计创制了高塑性高性能热电材料与器件;发现“声子横波阻尼效应”,提出利用离子导体的类液态亚点阵实现电声解耦的研究思想,引领了“声子液体”新概念热电材料研究;发现了具有不同振动频率的共振基元对声子的宽频散射效应,设计制备了高性能多原子填充方钴矿热电材料。在Science(4篇)、Nature Materials (4篇)、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Journal of the American Chemical Society、Physical Review Letters、Joule、Energy & Environmental Science等期刊上发表论文360余篇,申请国内国际专利50余项,在国际会议作邀请报告70次,获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖、国家自然科学二等奖、上海市自然科学一等奖、中国科学院青年科学家奖、国际热电学会青年科学家奖等奖励。

主持国家重点研发计划、国家973项目课题、国家自然科学基金委卓越研究群体B(原基础科学中心)、重点基金、杰出青年科学基金、优秀青年科学基金、科技部国家国际科技合作专项、中国科学院重点部署项目、上海市基础重点项目等国家及省部级科研项目。担任国际热电学会理事、中国材料研究学会理事、热电材料及应用分会副主任、上海市硅酸盐学会常务理事、无机材料学报主编、清华大学上海校友会副会长兼材料专业委员会主任等学术职务。
